1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Because our operations are registered in Australia while serving customers internationally (including the UK), delivery times may vary depending on your destination and international carrier transit times. Standard international shipping estimates will be provided at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

     

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs, duties, and taxes (including VAT for UK customers) may apply upon delivery depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
